History

For over eight years, we at Traveler pubs Inc. have been working hard to provide a quality, craft pub experience to Northwest.

From the moment that you step foot into one of our neighborhood pubs we strive to elevate the quality of everything you, our customer experience.  (www.learytraveler.com and www.thenabobbar.com )

We have been hard at work listening to what Northwest people want in their local gathering space and now we are pleased that we can bring that same quality to your event.

Our goal is take the experience that you have within the walls our pubs and offer that same level of service and attention to detail for you event.  We strive to provide an exceptional experience for all with while maintaining a more casual style.  We pride ourselves on inviting our guests that might not be familiar with all that the Northwest has to offer to our decidedly local and craft approach to a pub fare menu.

From twists on familiar European Pub classics to surprising and stunning combinations of amazing fresh local ingredients, we offer you our take on Northwest cuisine that is a departure from the usual fare.  With a seasonal focus and a desire to delight both you and your guest, we strive to be the exception in Seattle catering and not merely one of many.

Pub-centric

While many catering companies offer a traditional wine pairing with their menus, we believe that this area has some of the finest beers available anywhere.  I n keeping with the Pub culture of our business we are pleased to offer an outstanding beer pairing program that will enhance and compliment our seasonal menu offerings.

Casual (unpretentious)

Our catering philosophy is simple.  Offer outstanding, accessible food with amazing spirits in a fun and socially driven atmosphere.  We offer all menu items ala cart which means that you pick you favorite offering from each of our menus.  No longer are you restricted by a pre designated pairing.  You pick your favorites and mix and match.  Who else know s what you want better than you do?

We offer most items in family style allowing everyone to share, interact, discuss, and enjoy the experience, amazing food & drink, as well as each others company.

Autumn/Winter 2024 Menu

First Course Options:

Endive stuffed with salmon mousse (3 each) $7

Eggplant feta cakes with roasted red pepper remoulade (2 each) $6

Tuna ceviche served on crisp cucumbers (3 each) $9

Caprese Salad drizzled with balsamic reduction (4 each) $7

Zucchini cakes with house made cheese curds with fresh herb creme fraiche (2 each) $6

Grilled Asparagus enrobed in prosciutto drizzled with balsamic reduction (2 bundles) $8

Deconstructed Canape with herbed chevre, pickled vegetable, salmon loxs and toast points $8

Second Course Options:

Cream of Roasted Butternut Squash $5

Cream of Wild Mushroom $5

Pureed Carrot and Ginger Soup $5

seasonal baby greens wensleydale cranberry cheese tossed with malt vinaigrette $6

– Rustic Ceasar Salad –

Crisp romaine wedge drizzled with ceasar dressing, parmesan cheese and a grilled bread batons $6

– Garden Salad –

seasonal greens tossed in a house dressing, topped with roma tomato, cucumbers, grated carrots and red cabbage $6

Third Course Options:

– Pan Seared Salmon Filet –

served on basmati rice topped with a cucumber ginger relish and soy garlic butter sauce $13

– Blackened Ling Cod –

presented over potato cakes topped with a mango compound butter $13

– Japanese Style Duck Breast –

served over sticky rice topped with asian slaw drizzled with a soy garlic butter sauce $15

– Prosciutto Wrapped Chicken –

with a herbed polenta and topped in a mild spicy orange infused beurre blanc $ 12

Fourth Course Options:

– Apple Smoked Bacon Wrapped Filet Mignon –

served with demi glace  $ 17

– New York Forestiere –

enrobed in a wild mushroom demi glace  $ 16

– Stuffed chicken breast –

sauteed spinach and feta cheese topped in a sun dried tomato buerre blanc $ 14

– Marinated Rack of Lamb –

served with a fresh herb infused demi glace $19

– Leek wrapped Sturgeon –

accompanied with chive citrus compound butter $ 17
